Security

Can we loose our data somehow?

If the system is hosted on ADA's web server, daily backups are performed.

Is the data validated to assure validity and integrity?

Yes. Each field is validated. For example, if a user enters a date in an invalid format, the data will not be saved and an error message will appear.

The kinds of fields where the format must be respected are (but not exclusively):

The validation method depends on the context, for example:

For a number, the system checks if:

  • It can have decimals

For a date, the system checks if:

  • There is a minimum or maximum value (Ex: A start date should come before an end date)
