Project structure / logical framework
Prome allows you to create the project structure. The nomenclature used and the number of levels can be easily adapted to the needs of the organization.
Plan and monitor the activities implementation.
Categorise the project activities and indicators for a more precise analysis. For example, you can produce reports comparing an indicator value by region, by gender, by beneficiairies types, by sector, etc.
Procurements management
Prome allows an easy procurement monitoring with functionnalities for: delays monitoring, offers evaluation, suppliers and providers management, deliverables monitoring, production of the procurement plan, etc.
Trainings management
Prome allows the training management. (staff and capacity enforcement of government's institutions). It also allows to manage beneficiairies training (by region, gender, age, etc.)
Reunion management
Prome allows to manage workshops and reunions. The user can specify which organizations and persons are present, the cost of the reunion, the dates, place, etc. The reunion documents can also be attached to the reunion.
Supervision missions management
Prome allows the management of supervision missions for a better collaboration
Indicators
Indicators configuration
Each indicator must be configured before entering data. The user must specify the frequency of the indicator, the baseline value, the target value, etc.
Qualitative indicators
Prome also allows to create qualitative indicators. Each qualitative value must simply be matched with a quantitative value. Exemples: "level of sensibilization…" or "the system is implemented…" or "the report is validated…"
Multiple variables indicators
Prome allows to create multiple variables indicators. An illimited number of variables can be created and a formula must be specified (using operators like /, *, -, +, sin, cos, etc.)
Aggregation methods
In Prome, indicators and activities can be categorized using any aggregration method. For example, we can monitor the value of an indicator by gender, by regions, etc. We can also produce a report showing only activities related to AIDS/HIV, or related to women.

Environnemental and social impacts management
Each impact can be described, along with the measures planned to mitigate the impact. For each measure, the user can specify the cost, the person/institution responsible for applying the measure, the effacity of the measure, etc.
